Return/Refund Policy

These are the return policy governing the use of this website. Please read carefully before placing an order.

At www.cmyway.com, your satisfaction is always our top priority.

Please carefully check fitment and you shipping information before checkout. You are responsible for confirming the fitment of a part on your year, make, model, engine type, size color, etc. before submitting your order.

Order Confirm

  • All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by cmyway.com.
  • We will send a confirmation email once you have completed your order. Remember, you can't cancel or modify your order if it has been processed or shipped.

          Returns & Exchanges

          • We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for items in brand new condition. Orders that are 31+ days past the delivery date cannot be returned.

          30 Days Return Condition

          • Parts must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.
          • Products that have been installed MAY NOT be returned. Before installation, please ensure that your part(s) is correct and will work with your application.
          • Products with custom paint or finishes cannot be returned.
          • Please contact us first before return, Cmyway does not  accept returned items sent back directly without checking with us first.

          Refunds are Not Available as Follows

          • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e., providing the wrong shipping address at checkout).
          • A deliver email will be sent after the parcel delivered. If you didn’t receive the package, please contact us within 7 days. Cmyway is not responsible for missing item(s) after 7 days of the delivery
          • Refunds or cancellations are not accepted when the parcel has been processed or in transit.
          • The returns that do not comply with our return policy.

          Return Shipping Costs:

          • The return shipping costs will be undertaken by the customer. Cmyway is not responsible for return shipping fees and the return parcel that was damaged or lost during return).
          • For damaged or incorrect products, the return shipping fee is undertaken by Cmyway (Customers are required to provide photographs and video for returning products because of damage or wrong product).

          Restocking Fees

          • Returns significantly increase the cost of doing business, a 15% restocking fee will unconditionally be deducted from your refund.

          Refund Process

          • Most returns are processed within 5 working days after we receive your package and carefully check. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account. After the refund is successful, the money will be back in your account in 1-3 working days.
          • If you do not receive our refund, please contact us by email: info@cmyway.com

          Note:

          • The shipping address is not the return address, please don't send the parcel back to the shipping address.
          • A full refund policy is available in situation like canceling the order before processed, damage return caused by seller.
          • A partial refund depends on the exact situation(i.e., missing the part), resend or partial refund is available. We will discuss with the customer to find the best solution.
