Please carefully check your basic information and shipping address before checkout. Meanwhile, our professional-quality control and assurance service will always check your items before the shipment.
- All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by cmyway.com.
- We will send a confirmation email once you have completed your order. Remember, you can't cancel or modify your order if it has been processed or shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Not 100% satisfied with the items you received? Please don't worry, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new and unused condition with the original package. If the product is damaged due to the long transportation, please contact us within 7 days, and we will deal with it in time.
- If you think the item is not right for you, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are not acceptable above 30 days of delivery.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- Please note that we do not offer shipping label service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be undertaken by yourself.
Refunds are not available for the following circumstances.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e., providing the wrong shipping address at checkout).
A delivery email will be sent after the parcel is delivered. If you didn't receive the parcel, please contact us within 10 days. Cmyway is not responsible for missing items after 10 days of the delivery date, regardless of error or fault.
The cancellation request is submitted after the parcel has been processed or shipped.
The purchaser refuses to accept the parcel for any reason, Cmyway is entitled to a fifty(50) percent fee from the total of the purchase.
- Please contact Customer Service with your order number, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. The pictures that can prove the item's condition should be attached. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(with all gifts ) with the original packing and unused condition.
- Please ship the return parcel within 7 working days and give our customer service the return tracking number.
- Most returns are processed within7 business days after we receive your package and carefully check. We will inform you of the new tracking number via email.
- For refund, We'll issue the refund to your payment account. The money will back to your account in 1-3 working days.
The shipping address is not the return address, please don't send the parcel back to the shipping address.
- Cmyway store is not responsible for the return parcel that was damaged or lost during return.
- A full refund policy is available in situation like canceling the order before shipment, returning the parcel in the original condition.
- A partial refund depends on the exact situation(i.e., missing the part), resend or partial refund is available. We will discuss with the customer to find the best solution.
